What made you decide to open this business?

Originally, Chris and Jana put together lists of fun things to do in Arizona and give them to their out of town guests and family. As homeschoolers, their outings are a vital part of their education and daily learning. Since Chris has a background in website design it was natural for him to put this online. They were happily surprised at its instant popularity and realized there was a real need for a resource specifically geared for family activities.

What were the factors that made you choose this neighborhood?

Chris and Jana (and their kids) love living close to Kierland park. Their children became official bike riders at this park, plus there is a great playground as well as a nice grassy area that is perfect for picnics and relaxing afternoons.

What do you love most about the neighborhood?

So many good and locally-owned restaurants are in this area. Mavericks is a great coffee shop and Thai house is a restaurant that we go to frequently!
